ABERYSTWYTH ART CENTRE

Aberetwm was a town wide creative art piece to celebrate the Aberystwyth Art Centre’s 50th birthday. Ellis Griffiths, the FOH engineer, was tasked with sound designing one of the pieces consisting of a 80 piece orchestra in the round. He decided to use 16x AED AUDIO FLEX6’s due to their wide dispersion, slim footprint and the Dante integration. Having also hired a Yamaha CL5 from AED Rent UK, Dante was defiantly the way forward. The audience was blown away by the full and crisp clear sound of the piece, despite the challenging venue.
